Jennifer Hanselman is the mother of Ohio’s first set of sextuplets and their super big brother. At special times in the kids' lives, she collects her thoughts on managing her challenging family and writes her popular “Party of Nine” column for the Akron Beacon Journal.
Jennifer lives in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, with her long-suffering husband Keith, sextuplets Alex, Logan, Kyle, Lucy, Sophia and Isabella, big brother Connor, and four crazed cats.
After the birth of her sextuplets, Jennifer “retired” from her former career as an advertising writer. She received a bachelor’s degree in English and married Keith on the same day they graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio.
Although this is her first book, Jennifer has had numerous articles published in local newspapers and magazines, as well as online. She is currently hard at work on a second Party of Nine book.
In her very limited spare time, Jennifer likes to read, watch movies and dream of the day when she can eat a hot meal again.
